  To whom it may concern; I wanted to at least send an email because clicking 5 “stars” doesn’t begin to describe how we felt about the service we got from the team at Sarto Countertops. Everyone we came in contact with was very professional and courteous. From picking out our samples, to the measuring of the areas, to the arrival of our countertops; everyone was very helpful and patient. Especially patient were the brothers installing our counter tops. They didn’t seem to mind my constant hovering while they did their jobs superbly. They also answered my many questions without becoming exasperated or having to slow down in their work. All aspects of the “fit and finish” for the install exceeded our expectations. Our kitchen looks marvelous! By the time the invoice came, we knew that we had gotten an exceptional deal. I work for a company where exceptional customer service is the standard we shoot for. You and your employees have attained that goal.
